Brief project description:
TVB Insel Usedom e.V. decided to revamp its existing "Usedom 2015" tourism concept and asked Kohl & Partner to provide professional support.
The focus was on three areas:
- Sustainable structures and financing
- Requirements for recognition as a recreation area and a territory in its own right
- Internationalisation
Key elements of the project:
- Preparatory concept work
- Working through the issues with the involvement of the relevant people involved in tourism
- Development of recommendations for action and specific measures
- Complete documentation and presentation of results
