Summer product development for a hotel

Kohl & Partner was appointed to work with the family on the strategic orientation of the hotel.

The aim is to fill summers with direct bookers on a long-term basis. In the course of the project, innovative and sellable holiday products are developed that make the company stand out from the competition and attract attention in sales.

Key elements of the project:

Analysis of the initial business situation and the existing target group structure. Workshop to identify strategic potential and themes
Inputs on potential target groups from Kohl & Partner with best practice examples. Development of the desired strategy towards "romance" and "mountain biking"
- Creation of attractive bookable offers Definition of concrete implementation measures
