Status quo, master plan and list of criteria for tourist infrastructure facilities.
Brief project description:
In East Tyrol, the sub-associations of the four regions have recently merged. In addition to marketing, the operation and development of tourist leisure infrastructure facilities are important tasks for the tourist board. For future budget planning, it is important to have a vision and development strategy which is specifically based on the existing situation and the strengths and weaknesses in comparison to competitor destinations.
Key elements of the project:
- Analysis of the existing tourist and leisure infrastructure operations including competition analysis
- Creation of a master plan for the strategic further development of various tourist leisure infrastructure facilities
- Formulation of concrete recommendations for action
- Development of an objective criteria grid / tool for evaluating investment projects with regard to future support
