Brief project description:
Kärnten Werbung, in cooperation with national interest groups, is planning to implement a quality assurance model for the tourism region of Carinthia.
They have set the following objectives:
- Improve the quality image (quality assurance for the guest) of the region and
- the tourist region of Carinthia
- Increase product quality in regions and businesses
- Conscious preference for committed quality companies in marketing
- Increase professionalism in companies
Key elements of the project:
- Strategy development - Define Carinthia quality assurance model together with a control group
- Develop quality criteria in quality circles with the involvement of respective interest groups (hotel industry, gastronomy, Urlaub am Bauernhof, private accommodation providers, Kärnten Card/excursion destinations, cable cars, regions).
- Quality coach training
- Develop quality guidelines
- Roadshows in the Carinthian region (presentation of quality assurance model, registration opportunity for businesses)
