Tourism Strategy for the Island of Usedom, Germany

Brief project description:
Together with the DMO of the island of Usedom, Kohl > Partner prepared a new tourism strategy based on the previous strategy "Usedom 2015".
The focus was on three areas:
- Sustainable structures and financing
- Requirements for the recognition as a recreation area
- Internationalisation
Key elements of the project:
- Preparatory concept work
- Stakeholder workshops to define and finetune the key strategic topics
- Development of recommendations for action and specific measures
- Complete documentation and presentation of results
