Brief project description:
In addition to marketing, the operation and development of tourism infrastructure facilities are important tasks for the regional DMO. For the future budget planning, it is important to have a clear and powerful vision and development strategy for the tourism infrastructure facilities. The strategy takes the current situation and the strengths and weaknesses of the existing tourism infrastructure facilities, especially in comparison to competing destinations, into consideration.
Key elements of the project:
- Analysis of the existing tourism infrastructure facilities including a brief competitor analysis
- Preparation of a master plan for the future development of various existing and new tourism infrastructure facilities
- Formulation of concrete action plan
- Development of an objective criteria tool for evaluating future investment projects
