Brief project description:
The hotel project forms part of a significant economic development initiative in the Zsámbék Basin. This initiative will encompass an area comprising 14 villages and approximately 55,000 residents, and will be implemented by a private group of investors. The project under evaluation is the first of three hotels to be built. It is planned as a business and conference hotel with 124 rooms, a conference area for up to 500 people and a wellness area of approximately 900 m². A feasibility study for the hotel has already been prepared by a Hungarian consultancy firm.
Based on this study, as well as a project presentation by the owners and the results of an on-site inspection of the surrounding area by Kohl > Partner experts, a second opinion report was prepared to inform the client's decision.
