Pricing Strategy for a Skiing Association, Austria

One of the leading skiing associations in the Alpine Region

Brief project description:

In cooperation with a university, Kohl > Partner was commissioned to create a new pricing system for one of the Alpine region's leading skiing associations.

The aim was to critically analyse the existing system and identify its strengths and weaknesses. Price sensitivity among guests was assessed based on a comprehensive primary survey. The data was divided into multiple subject areas and analysed, resulting in new price strategies for the entire network.
