Brief project description:

Three of the five hotels are located on Velika Plaza, Montenegro's longest sandy beach, which stretches for nearly 13 kilometres. The other two are on the outskirts of Ulcinj, just a few minutes from the city centre and public beach.

Built between 1966 and 1982, the hotels have not been renovated since the early '80s. All five hotels belong to a company that is in liquidation and therefore aims to sell them.
