Demand Analysis and Concept Optimization for a Sport & Leisure Facility in Minsk, Belarus

Client:
Private Investor

Brief project description:

The client plans to develop several sports and leisure facilities across Belarus. The project in Minsk will be the pilot and, if it is successfully implemented, further facilities are planned in the regional capitals. The first concept has already been developed, and four plots of land in different parts of Minsk have been made available for the project. The project's main purpose was to determine the most suitable plot of land for the facilities, whether other parts of Minsk would be more suitable, and to optimise the existing concept with regard to space allocation, marketing and pricing strategies.
