Concept Development for Grand Hotel Neum in Neum, Bosnia-Hercegovina

Client:
HTP Neum d.o.o.

Brief project description:

The Grand Hotel Neum is located in Neum, which is Bosnia-Herzegovina's only coastal area, stretching approximately 10 kilometres along the Adriatic coast. The hotel was built in 1978, which marked the beginning of the area's tourism development.

The hotel has 800 beds, and was in a poor state of repair at the time of the project as it had not been refurbished since its opening. The project aimed to develop an attractive concept for the hotel and incorporate it into a fitting creative development strategy for the entire destination.
