Business Plan for a planned Mountain Resort in Zakarpattia oblast, Ukraine

Kohl > Partner was appointed by a private investor, who acquired significant land plots in the Carpathian mountains in the Western part of Ukraine, to support him in taking the right decisions at the beginning of the development process of a new modern mountain resort.

A maximum technical planning study for the area was already conducted, stating the maximum development potential for a skiing area at this location. Kohl > Partner prepared a concrete business plan, especially focusing on the best model for development phase 1.
